Luxury apartment prices in the Alicante City and Benidorm areas are continuing to rise, as part of the general upturn in Alicante Province property prices.

A survey by Madrid’s Complutense university says that a top-end flat on Alicante’s Calle Virgen del Socorro (pictured) in the upmarket Raval Roig area looking over Postiguet beach, will set you back up to 895 thousand euro.

Meanwhile, according to the National Statistics Institute and property price surveys, average house prices have gone up by seven and a half percent so far this year in Benidorm, with Alicante clocking in at over two percent. Prices have shown an average nine percent hike in the Orihuela and Torrevieja areas.
